The architecture draws inspiration from coastal Kingscliff using natural, durable materials that echo the textures and tones of local landmarks like Salt Surf Life Saving Club and Peppers Resort. Marking the fourth joint venture project between Third.i and PPI, the latest luxury offering will comprise a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom residential apartments with private courtyards and a luxe rooftop garden to be built on top of a brand-new large format Coles supermarket; which will be double the size of its existing predecessor, a Liqourland and heritage commercial space fronting the Pacific Highway and overlooking the Blue Mountains.

Construction of the DA approved site is well underway with the second stage of construction due to start in July/August this year, off the back of Third.i&rsquo;s proposal to reduce the number of apartments from 70 to 59, in an effort to deliver less impact on neighbours and the wider community.

Third.i's Balfour Place in Lindfield nets record sales weekend

The Sydney property developer Third.i, along with their joint venture partner Phoenix Property Investors, are joining forces with Coles Group to create Balfour Place, a mixed-use precinct in Lindfield on Sydney&#39;s lower north shore.

The mixed-use residential, retail and commercial precinct will span over 7,000 sqm and will see 62&nbsp;apartments built on top of a&nbsp;large format Coles supermarket,&nbsp;Liquorland, caf&eacute;, and a heritage commercial space fronting Pacific Highway.

It&#39;s the third time Third.i and PPI have worked together, having previously had huge success at the luxury Kurraba Residences, as well as the commercial precinct Blue &amp; William in North Sydney.

Thirdi Group Director &amp; Co-Founder, Luke Berry, said that his company and PPI were thrilled to be working alongside Coles Group, community stakeholders and Ku-ring-gai Council to finalise a shared vision for the site before a planned sales launch of the project later this year.&nbsp;

CBRE has been appointed as the lead agent to market the development and sales director, Ben Stewart said that exceptional convenience will underpin Balfour Place residences, with location amongst its strongest selling points.

$12 million Lindfield home with indoor slippery slide from upstairs bedrooms to foyer

On Friday night Ray White Upper North Shore agent Lisa Davies broke the Lindfield suburb record with the sale of 9 Northcote Road to an overseas buyer in Hong Kong after an inspection via Facetime.
The five bedroom grand Federation property sold within two weeks of Ms Davies putting it online, having last traded for $4.45 million in 2008.

Three bedroom units selling well at Tilia by Poly

Developer Greaton has purchased three adjoining land parcels in Sydney's North Shore suburb of Lindfield with a total size of 9,120 sqm.
Development approvals for 43 luxury townhouses and two free-standing homes esigned by Sydney architects Rothelowman on the site, 16 – 18 Beaconsfield Parade, have been lodged.
Council approval for stage one is expected in the second quarter of 2017. The development is expected to cost over $100 million.
 Nicho Teng, managing director of Greaton said they saw this site as a great opportunity to enter the exclusive North Shore market.
