Kay &amp; Burton managing director Michael Gibson has sold his down shares in the Melbourne-based real estate company, with a number of new equity partners joining the firm.
Gibson said it's business as usual.
“I’ve taken the decision to sell my shares to the next generation of leaders at Kay &amp; Burton, and continue to represent this incredible brand," he said.
Kay &amp; Burton non-executive chairman Rob Edgley said Gibson is regarded as one of the best real estate practitioners in the country.
