The acquisition is supported by a $50 million capital injection into Roberts Co’s Australian balance sheet, consisting of the previously announced $25 million recapitalisation and an additional $25 million in new funding from Arada.

Bronte Group has received planning approval for Miru, a new 46-townhouse development in Denman Prospect.

Occupying a prominent 6,869 sqm ridgeline site across Holborow Avenue and Goedecke Street, <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/miru-holborow-avenue-denman-prospect-act-2611">Miru</a> will comprise four architecturally unified buildings ranging between two and three storeys.
