Sydney developer <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/deicorp">Deicorp</a> has secured planning approval for a $300 million residential development in Lindfield, marking the company’s second project on Sydney’s North Shore and its first on the Upper North Shore.

Located on Beaconsfield Parade and designed by DKO Architecture, the state significant development comprises three buildings of up to 10 storeys and will include 399 residences, including 59 affordable homes and 40 adaptable homes.

Residences will range in size from one, two and three bedrooms, with two-bedroom apartments accounting for over 60 per cent of the product make-up. Residents will have access to a broad suite of amenities, including a wellness area, indoor and outdoor recreational spaces, a pool, a gym, a community room and a golf simulator.

In line with Deicorp’s long-standing focus on creating transit-oriented communities, the project is located just 260 metres from the Lindfield Train Station, reinforcing its role in delivering well-connected housing close to established infrastructure, retail and local services.

The findings suggested that sales and rentals have come to a standstill due to the current economic.
“This impact appears on top of limited sale enquiry - in Dubbo in particular, where prior to the pandemic, auction sale clearance rates were averaging 30 per cent for industrial sector properties,” the firm concluded.

The location of Dubbo office accommodation has diversified significantly in recent years with the development of a number of business park precincts, exemplified by the Blueridge Business Park in East Dubbo (above) and Riverview Business Park in North Dubbo, according to the latest report from Herron Todd White.
Both offer single ground level office unit accommodation and have drawn a divergent range of office users to these areas according to the report.
These business park developments offer the particular advantage of onsite parking and purpose built amenity.
But older CBD office space, particularly those without lift services in multi floor buildings, struggle to attract leasing enquiry.
This can be compounded where car parking is limited, the report suggests.
As a consequence, office users who don’t rely on physical client contact have gravitated to periphery CBD locations or the aforementioned business park developments.
It noted government and allied agencies that require face to face dealings with the public need to be located within easy access to public transport and other support services.
According to the report this necessity has confined these agencies to within the Dubbo CBD and they are the major source of leasing demand for larger, modern, publicly accessible and NABERS compliant office space.

Older Dubbo offices struggling to attract leasing inquiry: HTW

The Texas-based super model Nicole Trunfio has quietly cut her ties with Dubbo, the NSW town where she was born.
The glamorous 31 year old model, who has been a mentor on the American version of Make Me a Supermodel, has sold her first home purchase.
It fetched $500,000 in a recent off-market deal, to relatives.
Records show that Trunfio built the home after paying $84,000 for the 825 sqm vacant parcel on a council subdivision in 2005, when she was just 19 years old, some four years into her modelling career.
The four bedroom brick veneer home was built costing at $250,000.
Trunfio was born in the Dubbo in the Orana Region before relocating to Western Australian when she was a young girl.
She retains a Perth property, which was bought for $180,000 around the same time as the Dubbo purchase.
Late last year she and her husband, musician and singer song-writer Garry Clarke Jr bought Indian Hill, a ranch in Texas.
The 20 hectare ranch in Kyle is not far from the Texas capital Austin, where Clarke Jr grew up.
The property came with a two storey, four bedroom home. Outside there's a 15 metre pool and extensive grounds which feature a 14 stall stable with separate living quarters and a horse riding ring.
The ranch had been up for sale at US$1.6 million.
Trunfio has posted pictures to her Instagram followers of herself, Clark and their young son Zion enjoying their vast property.
They also took to Instagram last month to announce they are expecting their second child, a baby girl.
An image of herself and Zion was accompanied with the caption that herself and Gary "cannot wait for her arrival and to extend the evergrowing love of our family."
Trunfio had been spotted by the Vivien's Model Management agency when she was 15 years old, while visiting her sister who lived in Perth.
She said she was asked if she wanted to be a model to which she responded 'absolutely not!'
Trunfio quickly changed her mind, suggesting she thought that Fox might give her and her sister "50 bucks if she can take my photo".
Indeed Trunfio went back, let her take her photo, and she gave them $50.
Trunfio has gone on to win the third series Supermodel of Australia TV in 2002. She finished runner up in the international version, Supermodel of the World, a year later.
She spent years studying acting in New York and featured in her first Australian movie, Two Fists, One Heart, in 2008. She played the role of Italian temptress Jessica.
She was a mentor on the first season of The Face Australia.

US-based Supermodel Nicole Trunfio cuts ties with hometown Dubbo

There's heat in the rural property market in central west and western New South Wales according to Herron Todd White fuelled by of cheap interest rates, strong livestock and commodity values and reasonable seasonal conditions.
The analyst firm said there is a feeling that the market is approaching a plateau or ceiling however there is still strong enough enquiry on most saleable listings.
"We are still experiencing the strength of cheap interest rates, strong livestock and commodity values and reasonable seasonal conditions," HTW said.
"While all these factors continue, our forecast is for strong interest in rural property offerings, however if one or several of these factors falters, the current heat in the market will potentially cool.
"We don’t see discounts, only less interest at current levels. 
"Winter crop planting is well underway with the majority of early sown wheat in (mostly sown dry) and still going in.
"Some canola has been planted however without any follow up rain the planting has stopped.
"Generally the area requires immediate rain for the autumn and winter period to be successful.
Property sales have slowed mostly on the back of insufficient listings and the seasonal decline.
"Another successful release of Stage 2 in the Cobbora Holdings property offerings saw the majority sold under the hammer with the balance in negotiation straight after the event."
