Gold Coast development partners Tim Gordon and Bruce Mathieson have revealed their latest project, <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/elle-on-jefferson-palm-beach-62-64-jefferson-lane-palm-beach-qld-4221">Elle on Jefferson</a>, and at the same time announced the start of construction of the coastal project.

Early works are underway at the prime Jefferson Lane site that will host 58 apartments across an 11-storey building when completed in mid-2027.. The apartments&nbsp;will be released to the market in stages as the building rises just metres from the beachfront and the neighbouring Pavilions Palm Beach retail precinct.

Elle on Jefferson follows the development duo’s success at The Spit, where their $400 million ultra-luxe The Mantaray Marina &amp; Residences, celebrated its topping out in August.
