Tullamarine office/warehouse sells for $2.5 million
An office/warehouse facility in Melbourne's industrial precinct of Tullamarine has sold under the hammer for $2.505 million.
The sale of the 36-38 Trade Park Drive investment property attracted a yield of 8%.
International freight forwarder AGS World Transport leases the building, which comprises an office/warehouse facility of about 2,400 square metres. The Australian-owned AGS pays a gross annual rent of $217,000 plus GST.
It was sold through Anthony Carbone of CVA Property Consultants.
