Tigers' Trent Cotchin sells Ascot Vale cottage and upsizes: Title Tattle
Richmond star Trent Cotchin, the club’s 2011 best and fairest, bought and sold on Super Saturday.
His three bedroom Edwardian home at Ascot Vale – not far from the Puckle Street shops – sold for $790,000 through Joe Zucco at Paul McDonald Real Estate.
It last traded, as is, for $703,600 in late 2009, so a good counter-cyclical gain was secured by the rising star who wants to get into property development.
Cotchin and his partner Brooke Kennedy, who’s with the funky baby and childrens’ fashion website, kidsrevolution.com.au , bought back in the Moonee Ponds municipality later in the afternoon.
