Both Neometro’s luxury Forty One Darling Street South Yarra duplex terrace abodes have now sold.

The latest sale was a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with multiple living areas with 344 square metres of internal space and terraces of 50 square metres plus plunge pool.

It was a design collaboration between Neometro and interior designer Kerry Phelan with warm greys and honey tones, timber flooring, quality stone and bespoke timber cabinetry and detailing. There’s a lift from its basement car parking.

Its lush gardens include a palm tree.

It was the latest in the offerings from the Neometro’s 25-year track record. Possibly Neometro's best-known development is the Luxe building on Inkerman Street in St Kilda, which won the Royal Australian Institute of Architects national award for commercial architecture in 2000.

It sold through Ben Khong at Neometro for just over $4.1 million. The slightly larger north-facing adjacent terrace fetched $4.4 million of the plan in 2010.
