Mirvac completes Prince & Parade, welcoming residents to Brunswick's parkside address
Mirvac has completed Prince & Parade, its latest apartment development opposite Princes Park, bringing 169 new residences to one of Melbourne's most established inner-north neighbourhoods.
The completion of the Bates Smart-designed project marks the latest chapter in Mirvac's long-running partnership with the acclaimed architecture practice. Located on Park Street in Brunswick, Prince & Parade combines architecture, landscape and resident amenity in a development that draws inspiration from the neighbouring parklands and surrounding heritage streetscapes of Parkville, Carlton North and Brunswick.
Designed by Bates Smart in collaboration with Mirvac Design, with landscaping by Jack Merlo, Prince & Parade continues a design relationship that has previously delivered The Melburnian opposite Kings Domain and The Eastbourne overlooking Fitzroy Gardens. At Brunswick, that approach has centred on creating homes that prioritise wellness, sustainability and a strong connection to nature within an urban setting.
Bates Smart Director Jeffery Copolov said the development reflects the shared priorities of both project partners.

The development comprises one to four-bedroom apartments, with buyers able to choose between two interior palettes.
The Sanctuary scheme references Australia's native landscape through pale timber, natural stone and soft eucalypt tones, while the Celestial palette introduces darker timber joinery, bronze tapware and earthy ochre finishes.
Kitchens feature textured stone detailing and curved island benches, with bathrooms continuing the restrained material palette throughout the homes.
At the heart of the development is a landscaped central courtyard spanning around 600 square metres, complemented by a residents' lounge, dining room, library, rooftop terrace overlooking Princes Park and the Melbourne CBD, gym and yoga studio. The building is also fully electric, reflecting Mirvac's broader sustainability objectives.
Positioned directly opposite Princes Park and around four kilometres from Melbourne's CBD, Prince & Parade places residents within walking distance of Brunswick's cafés, restaurants and retail precincts, while also offering easy access to tram routes, cycling paths and neighbouring Carlton and Parkville.
