Melbourne auctions set for best winter auction result in four years: REIV
This weekend the REIV is expecting around 650 auctions.
The highest volume of auctions is expected to be found in Richmond with 14 auctions scheduled.
The REIV says if a clearance rate above 70% is recorded again this weekend, this year’s winter market would be on track to have the highest clearance rate since 2009.
