Six Victorian municipalities record decreases in value over past two years: Valuer-General Victoria

Just six Victorian municipalities recorded decreases in land values since the 2010 revaluation.

They were topped by Indigo in north-eastern Victoria and the Southern Grampians.

The falls ranged between 0.1% and 1.8%.

The data gives the total capital improved value of all privately owned properties within the 79 municipalities.
