Kokoda Property has been given the green light to add four levels to its new Milton apartment development,Ruby Ruby.

Over 80 per cent of the apartments within the Crombie Street tower have sold since its mid-2023 launch.

In response to the high demand, Kokoda sought a new enhanced scheme which will see an additional 34 apartments added.

There will be two additional one-beds, 24 two-bedroom apartments starting from $764,000 and a further eight three-bedroom apartments starting at $2.3 million, now all available to purchase.

Ruby Ruby now comprises 178 apartments across a 26-level building designed by Cottee Parker.

The Ruby Ruby Penthouse Collection crowns the top levels of the tower. The eight sub-penthouses and four penthouses start from $3.75 million.

This expansion comes amid a strong market rebound, with unit values in Brisbane rising over 18.2 per cent in the past year. Experts attribute this growth to several factors, including the upcoming 2032 Olympic Games, which are expected to drive over a decade of infrastructure development and population increases. Additionally, Brisbane’s affordability, job growth, and lifestyle appeal continue to attract interstate migration, making Brisbane a prime location for luxury living.

Kokoda Property Founder and Managing Director, Mark Stevens, said adding extra storeys to Ruby Ruby marks a significant milestone for the developer and will enhance the project’s impact on elevated living in Milton, with the vibrant community embracing Brisbane’s newest and most prestigious address.

“Kokoda’s vision for Ruby Ruby has always been to create a standout collection of prestigious residences decorated with a subtropical-inspired design like no other," Stevens said.

"Ruby Ruby adhering to its goal of offering a new level of sophistication and witnessing the growing appetite for Brisbane luxury apartment living is incredible."

Amenities on offer include a rooftop infinity pool, thoughtfully landscaped BBQ areas and deck, floating daybeds, cabanas, a fire pit, private dining and bar space, private cinema lounge, billiards room, versatile meeting rooms and a dog wash facility.

Residents will also have access to a health and wellness centre, complete with a sauna, spa, plunge pool, a yoga studio and a fully equipped gym.

Construction on Ruby Ruby will commence in Q4, 2024, and is expected to be complete in 2026.
