First look exclusive: Cube Developments secures approval for Birtinya apartment development, Lago
Sunshine Coast developer Cube has been given the green light to push on with its latest local apartment development, Lago.
The Birtinya apartment development at 2 Prosperity Drive will comprise just 47 luxury apartments, continuing Cube’s commitment to delivering residential projects in premium coastal locations up and down the Sunshine Coast.
With luxury apartments riding a wave of popularity on the Sunshine Coast, Cube Senior Development Manager Daniel Ryan said he expected a very strong response to the new project.
“With premium amenity and accessibility in a growing location, we anticipate a very strong response when Lago is released to market towards the end of this year,’’ Ryan said.
Lago is the latest in a successful pipeline of Cube projects including Nature at Cotton Tree which is now sold out, Oasis at Bokarina Beach, and Lumeah Peregian.
“The demand for premium coastal apartments is driven by their unique blend of lifestyle, convenience, and investment potential,’’ Ryan added.
“Our projects, such as Lago, offer residents an unparalleled living experience with views, resort-style amenities, and close proximity to key lifestyle features.
“Coastal destinations such as the Sunshine Coast continue to attract both local and interstate buyers looking for a superior quality of life.
“We are confident that Lago will meet the high expectations of buyers and contribute to the ongoing appeal of our world-class region."
