The Kensington, one of the latest apartment projects by longstanding Sydney developer TOGA, has hit a major milestone.

The Anzac Parade building has officially topped out under the watchful eye of Gold Star iCIRT-rated builder DASCO, who can start to turn their attention toward the exterior of the building, and the fitout of the 142 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments strategically located opposite the Kensington Light Rail stop.

The Kensington's design, in collaboration with award-winning design firm Turner Studio, aims to reflect the charm of Kensington through its use of face brickwork, while offering contemporary, high-quality living spaces.

A standout feature is the communal rooftop garden, which provides sweeping views over the surrounding parklands and Randwick Racecourse.

The project also features retail spaces on the ground floor, aimed at offering convenience and services for residents and the local community. With private entrances for the SOHO terraces, these spaces are well-suited for small businesses or entrepreneurs.

Apartments in The Kensington cater to a broad range of buyers, with one, two, and three-bedroom layouts available. The mix also includes a limited number of SOHO properties, offering flexible spaces that suit both living and business needs.

Prices are positioned in the luxury segment, with premium finishes, spacious floor plans, and an emphasis on seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Each apartment has been designed to adapt to modern lifestyle trends, including work-from-home arrangements, by integrating study areas in most layouts.

Kensington has become one of the more sought-after locations in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Situated just 200 metres from the Kensington Light Rail stop and within a 10-minute drive to both the CBD and Coogee Beach, The Kensington offers a highly accessible location with a distinctly coastal-city lifestyle.

The area continues to see significant investment and development, driven by its proximity to major institutions such as the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and Prince of Wales Hospital.

The increasing demand for property in the area is reflected in a tightening rental market, with low vacancy rates contributing to positive fundamentals for development projects like this.

TOGA, a well-established Australian developer, is known for its solid track record in delivering residential projects. With over 60 years of experience, the company is backed by a reputation for quality construction and innovation.

The Kensington marks a significant step in TOGA’s broader vision for revitalising the Anzac Parade corridor, contributing to the creation of a vibrant new residential and business precinct in the area.

Residents will move in midway through 2026.
