Sekisui House Australia to launch Summit & Ridge at Sanctuary, Wentworth Point masterplan
Sekisui House Australia is set to unveil Summit & Ridge, the fourth and most striking stage in its award-winning Sanctuary masterplan at Wentworth Point.
Launching next month, the two towers have been designed by both the London and Sydney studios of Turner. They will rise 40 and 33 levels and comprise 488 apartments.
Zac Petrovic, Project Director – Apartment & Mixed-use Developments at Sekisui House Australia, said Summit & Ridge represents the pinnacle of Sanctuary living with a very high calibre of design.
"We have observed a growing demand for larger apartments, particularly three and four-bedroom homes, driven by the needs of families. This stage is leading the way by introducing the first integrated childcare facility within the development. In response to this trend, we have expanded our offering of spacious residences in Stage Four. "
Petrovic says there is a growing interest from purchasers who are seeking a better lifestyle, superior design and the benefits of being part of a masterplanned community.
"Summit & Ridge delivers all of these aspects and more. Spectacular water views and resort-level amenities featuring a swimming pool and outdoor seating areas will be showcased.”
Shewanna Mendis, Director at Turner, said the design frames views, guides movement, and enhances the connection between nature and the city.
“Summit & Ridge is a striking architectural marker, proudly standing between Sydney Olympic Park’s Millennium Marker, the foreshore park and water," Mendis said.
"Organic, petal-like forms define the towers, creating a sculptural presence that responds to its surroundings. As you move around them, the forms appear to dance, reinforcing a sense of place and individuality.”
A landscaped podium acts as a green spine between the towers, seamlessly connecting the architectural form to the natural environment and reinforcing the Sanctuary masterplan’s focus on ecological integration, but also offers residents an elevated garden experience.
“The spaces in between are just as important as the architecture itself. Summit & Ridge is designed with people in mind, a place where city and nature converge, balancing vibrancy with tranquillity,” Mendis added.
Townhouses activate the street-level interface, bringing character to the precinct while offering a rare opportunity for low-density living within a high-rise community. The grand entry lobby, featuring double-height glazing and sculptural metal panels, creates a bold first impression and a seamless transition between the built form and the urban landscape.
Two interior schemes, Orchid and Poppy, offer buyers a choice between soft, serene tones or a more dramatic, expressive palette. Both are anchored in a carefully curated blend of mid-tone timber laminates, travertine-inspired surfaces, brushed metal accents, and soft loop pile carpets.
Summit will feature resident-only amenities on level 30, including a resort-style pool and sauna, while Ridge offers an outdoor cinema and a sunset bar and dining space on level 24. A 110-place childcare centre at the base of Ridge further supports growing families.
One-bedroom apartments start at $720,000, with two-bedroom homes from $1.045 million. Three and four-bedroom apartments will be released at future launches.
Nearby amenities include Marina Square Shopping Centre, Wentworth Point High School, ferry terminal, train station and the future Parramatta Light Rail. Construction is anticipated to commence in Q4 2025 and be completed by Q3 2028.
Every apartment is backed by Sekisui House’s 4 Gold Star iCIRT rating, a trusted mark of integrity, capability, and financial stability.
