Coronation Property release final residences in first stage of Ashbury Terraces as buyers eye Christmas move-in
Coronation Property has launched the final apartments and terraces in the first stage of its unique multi-residential development in Sydney's inner west.
The $200 million Ashbury Terraces offers something unseen before in the heritage suburb of Ashbury, just past Dulwich Hill and south of Ashfield where there has been little to no new development in decades. That's because the majority of Ashbury is designated as a heritage conservation area, and is dominated by post-war brick bungalows.
There are so few development opportunities in the suburb that is only home to 3,000 people.
Designed by Coronation's longterm architecture partner SJB, Ashbury Terraces comprises 59 garden terraces and 68 premium apartments, as well as three penthouses.
The one-bedroom apartments are considered, with a separate study nook positioned off the open-plan living spaces. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments feature integrated Fisher & Paykel appliances and north-facing balconies.
The two and three-bedroom apartments have private balconies for each bedroom. Their balconies overlook The Garden, a private green space with landscaped pathway central to Ashbury Terraces, as well as the neighbouring W H Wagener Oval.
The Terrace Collection features multi-level garden homes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two parking spaces. These terraces are characterised by open atriums, skylights, private rooftop retreats, and spacious backyards and courtyards.
The development also includes several amenities for residents, such as a heated pool, outdoor dining spaces with barbeque facilities, a fully equipped gym, and access to electric car chargers.

The first stage of Ashbury Terraces is now topped out and is expected to see residents move in by Christmas.
The second stage of the development, which has already commenced construction, is slated for completion in late 2025.
