Bloom Arncliffe, the residential precinct in Southern Sydney, has finished its construction.

The 318 apartments across seven buildings are ready for occupation, as part of the $136 development which also features 36 commercial spaces and a youth centre with basketball courts, a gym and support facilities.

Developer Wingate had Richard Crookes Construction handle the construction of the mixed-use development at 213 Princes Highway, only 11km south of Sydney.

NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler toured the project upon its completion.

EJE Architecture designed the seven residential towers, which home a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Each apartment features a kitchen with its own walk-in pantry, spacious island benches and the latest integrated appliances.

Byron Bay areas are spacious, with modern floor-to-ceiling joinery, and plenty of room for entertaining.

Take a tour of a Bloom Arncliffe apartment.
