Harcourts all Smiles with new appointment
Harcourts has appointed Sadhana Smiles as the chief executive of Harcourts New South Wales following the decision of Chris Stephandellis to relinquish his position.
Her career in real estate management has included positions with McGrath lower north shore in Sydney, Hocking Stuart in Melbourne and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
Smiles’ most recent senior management position was been with Real Change, which works with delivering training and recruitment techniques for estate agency businesses.
Smiles was the winner of the 2007 PricewaterhouseCoopers Franchise Woman of the Year award Victorian/Tasmania division while working at Hocking Stuart.
Her appointment was announced by Bryan Thomson, head of real estate operations for Harcourts Australasia.
