The NSW Land and Environment Court will rule on developer RDA Property Group's controversial amendments to the apartment block on the Bronte RSL site in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
The apartments were marketed for sale last year.
RDA, headed by former fashion identity Danny Avidan, has since lodged a revised development application to build more apartments at 109-113 Macpherson Street.
The site has been mired in controversy for five years, with local residents protesting against high-rise apartment developments.
Before RDA bought the site in August last year it was owned by Sydney developer Winston Langley, sold the 2,231 square metre site with 21 apartments at the project, called Bronte Place.
