CBRE launches agribusiness division

CBRE has launched a new agribusiness division after the recruitment of Shaun Hendy, Tim McKinnon and William Barton.
They will lead the new division as joint directors, supported by three assistant valuers.
CBRE chief Tom Southern said the appointments were a significant development for the firm’s valuations and advisory services business line.
The team will offer national support on forestry, grazing and cropping, viticulture and wineries, dairy, horticulture, food and fibre processing, aquaculture, broad hectare irrigation, water entitlements and mining tenements.
