Wests Tigers champion Braith Anasta and his actor wife Jodi Gordon have listed their four-bedroom, two-bathroom Clovelly home.

More than $1.8 million is tipped for the two-storey semi set on a 316-square-metre block given a Winchester Road semi sold last month at $1.85 million.

It was bought for $1,805,000 in 2011 by Anasta having sold at $1.76 million in 2009.

Its purchase was funded when the then Sydney Roosters captain sold his Malabar investment property for $1.32 million through Richard Shalhoub of McGrath in early 2011.

It has been scheduled for June 25 auction through his estate agent brother Damon Anasta and Mark McPherson at McGrath Coogee.
