Winning Appliances list redundant Silverwater warehouse

Winning Appliances have listed their redundant Silverwater warehouse.

The property at 2-16 Salisbury Street has been listed by Angus Grier at GJS Property.

"It's an impressive industry facility," Angus Grier said.

It is located on a 9414 square metre holding on the corner of Salisbury, Vore and Carnarvon Street in close proximity to the major arterial road network being Silverwater Road, the M4 Motorway, Great Western Highway and Victoria Road.

There is warehouse spaces covering 4117 square metre plus another covering 1944 square metre, plus 1000 square metre office space.

Winning intend leasing it back at $67,000 a month until March 2014.

Winning has outgrown the space.
