The former Port Melbourne home of the highly awarded post-production company Soundfirm has been sold by Lemon Baxter for $3.275 million.

“It’s a brilliant corner site location with the potential for future re-zoning,” says Lemon Baxter associate director Nick Bade.

The site, at 35 Crockford Street, Port Melbourne (pictured below) is 1,041 square metres with a building area of 1,020 square metres, and currently with parking for 15 cars.

“A financial services company has purchased the building that boasts exposed ceilings and timber and concrete floors, a good looking office,” says  Lemon Baxter director Paul O’Sullivan.

“We have definitely noticed a renewed confidence in the commercial market through South Melbourne and Port Melbourne over recent weeks.”
