The Crabtrees listing agent Matthew Marenko says that the property holds appeal as a commercial property investment.

"I believe an investor would recognise the potential to add value to the property in future” Mr Marenko says.

On the same day another industrial 1 zoned property with occupancy, refurbishment or development potential at 6-8 Hume Street has also been listed for auction through Crabtrees Real Estate.

The 1200 square metre property is offered with vacant possession.

Crabtrees selling agent Steven Salopek notes price expectations are around $700,000.
