Bespoke secures $868,000 in Waterloo

A two bedroom, one bathroom Waterloo, Sydney house with bespoke renovation concepts, has been sold for $868,000.

It sold through Ercan Ersan at BresicWhitney whose marketing suggested $800,000 plus.

The 138 square metre property comes with landscaped outdoor areas that have transformed the city-fringe terrace.

It cost $400,000 in 2004.
