All state capitals record year on year gains: CoreLogic RP Data

Home values role by 8.5% across the five state capital cities, year on year to the end of February, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

All capital cities recorded a rise in home values. Sydney led the pack with a 13.7% rise year on year, while Perth trailed behind with only a 0.4% gain year on year.
