OSK Property began in 1997 and is a property development firm that focuses on residential, commercial, and township projects located in strategic growth areas across the country. In 2015, OSK Property Holdings merged with the property arm of PJ Development Holdings to form OSK Property. The combined property group handles residential and commercial developments while also managing and operating retail and office spaces in addition to hospitality offerings. They operate in Peninsular Malaysia and Melbourne, Australia. Some of their recent projects include the Melbourne Square development at 93-119 Kavanagh Street, Southbank, which features over a thousand apartments and is designed by Cox Architecture and built by Multiplex.
