Caydon Property is a privately owned, Melbourne based property developer who has focussed on contemporary apartments, commercial spaces, retail outlets, and luxury hotels over the last 15 years.
All of the Caydon Property developments sit within 10 km from the CBD while being connected to multiple transport hubs for ease of use. Many of their developments include retail spaces, coffee shops, restaurants, and creative spaces.
Caydon has an in-house design team that focuses on modern apartment design handling the entire process for their clients from pre-sale to after the move-in date. They also supply an online Customer Portal, which gives their buyers updates on construction progress and other relevant information.
Caydon currently has over $1.5 billion worth of developments established across Melbourne and the US. Some of their more well-known Australian projects include Home, a 324 Townhouse complex in Alphington Victoria, and Mason Square.
