The Collection in Alphington is now offering a Zero Stamp Duty incentive across all two and three-bedroom apartments until the end of July.

Developed by Caydon and located 6.5 kilometres northeast of Melbourne’s CBD, the completed project - formerly known as Alphington Portfolio - comprises a mix of apartments, terrace homes, and dual-level skyhomes on Heidelberg Road.

Buyers can save up to $65,000 on two-bedroom apartments and up to $110,000 on three-bedders as part of the limited-time offer

All apartments at The Collection are designed with open-plan living spaces that connect to private balconies or winter gardens, maximising indoor-outdoor flow. Interiors feature timber flooring, generous built-in storage, and floor-to-ceiling windows that draw in natural light.

Kitchens are full-sized, featuring stone benchtops, timber accents, European appliances, and a walk-in pantry, while bathrooms are appointed with stone surfaces, premium tapware, and full-height tiling. Bedrooms are fitted with plush carpet, built-in wardrobes, and blockout blinds for comfort and privacy.

Skyhomes offer upgraded kitchens that feature a large breakfast island, walk-in pantries, dry bars with integrated tech drawers, wine fridges, and Smeg appliances. The main bedroom suite includes a generous walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite with a freestanding bath, double vanity, and oversized shower. Secondary bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom that continues the same premium material palette and fixtures.

Residents have access to more than three-quarters of an acre of landscaped communal space, with amenities spanning both rooftop and podium levels. The rooftop features an infinity-edge pool with a glass wall framing full city views, alongside private bathing boxes, a sunset lounge, and a moonlight cinema for evening relaxation.

The Level 4 podium includes a fully equipped gym and yoga lawn, a kitchen garden, six BBQ stations, and a private park with a dog run. Residents also have access to a shared kitchen and dining room, a sky lounge with a pool table, table tennis and a large-screen TV, and two hotel-style guest suites for visiting friends or family.

Additional features include secure undercover parking and storage, a bike repair and storage room, and concierge service.

The Collection is 600 metres from Alphington’s retail precinct and positioned between Alphington Station and Darebin Parklands. Alphington Primary and Alphington Grammar are both nearby, ideal for families looking for a foothold in the suburb.

Alphington has seen a shift in apartment supply, with more than 75 per cent of the suburb’s existing housing stock made up of detached homes or townhouses. The Collection is one of the few higher-density developments completed in the last few years.

Prices start from just over $800,000, with all two and three-bedroom apartments eligible for the Zero Stamp Duty offer until July 31.
