The courtyard features nature play areas, a climbing wall and open lawns for social and recreational use. Heenan added that the team’s approach to smart city design, carbon capture and sustainability guided every aspect of the project.&nbsp;

Legendary rock singer Mick Jagger, who starred in the film, stayed at the hotel during its production, and was known to frequent the bar in his time-off.
The pub is ran by former Araluen farmer Jamie Raynolds, who took over the lease in 2016.

Historic Braidwood hotel, once visited by Mick Jagger, hits the market

Following its 12-year restoration, Mill Pond Farm at Braidwood in the NSW Southern Tablelands has been listed for sale by antique collectors Antony Davies and Andrew Gow.
The duo are looking for a property to become a sanctuary for their rescue animals, while also continuing with their collection of vintage cars and horse-drawn carriages.
