Incontro Apartments snapped up as Cedar Woods announces builder
National developer Cedar Woods is commencing construction this month on Incontro Apartments in Subiaco, following strong sales performance, with almost 50 per cent of the new apartments sold prior to breaking ground.
Multi-award winning EMCO Building has been appointed to deliver the 110-apartment development. The leading WA builder, which has delivered numerous high-quality residential projects across Western Australia over the past four decades, will commence construction this month, with completion expected in mid-2027.
Cedar Woods Managing Director Nathan Blackburne said the company was pleased to partner with EMCO to bring Incontro Apartments to life.
“EMCO Building has a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential projects, and the calibre of their work combined with the project’s architectural merit presents a strong proposition for purchasers.”
Commenting on the early sales success, Blackburne said the strong early sales indicate that Incontro Apartments’ attractive price point and well-connected Subiaco location are clearly resonating with buyers.
EMCO Building General Manager New Business, Ronan Cosgrove, said the company was excited to be officially working with Cedar Woods on Incontro Apartments.
“We’re pleased to be appointed to deliver Incontro Apartments following a strong period of collaboration with Cedar Woods during the early design and planning phase”, Cosgrove said.
“There’s been clear alignment between our teams from the outset, underpinned by a shared commitment to excellence and strong reputations for delivering high-quality developments.”
The apartments represent the newest release within Cedar Woods' Incontro community, offering a range of stylish one, two, and three-bedroom residences. The development is designed to support a connected and convenient lifestyle, with shared amenities including a landscaped garden terrace that encourages social interaction and relaxation.
The apartments feature a choice of two interior colour schemes inspired by native flora, premium Smeg kitchen appliances, and a variety of floorplans designed to maximise space and functionality. Prices start from $624,000.
