Spyre Group have released the penthouses in their first Melbourne residential development Hampton Ltd.

Hampton Ltd comprises three standalone buildings intertwined with lush greenery. They will home 20 apartments and three townhouses when complete.

Each of the four penthouses have three bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area opening to a balcony. The interiors feature finest natural stone, onyx, and European oak timber finishes.

Anchoring the kitchens is a sculptural island bench crafted from Vanilish Pearl Marble. The kitchens also feature integrated Gaggenau appliances and Liebherr wine storage.

Two of the penthouses will have expansive rooftop terraces with views over Bayside.

Architecture firm MLD Studio collaborated with interiors expert Studio Brent Lee on Hampton Ltd, which is being marketed by Jellis Craig Bayside.

Jellis Craig agent Melina Scriva said Hampton Ltd was attracting strong interest from long-term Bayside residents who were seeking to move from family homes without sacrificing space.

“People want to maintain their lifestyle and stay in the area,’’ Scriva said.

“They are looking for luxury, and Hampton Ltd delivers with its stunning finishes and spacious layouts.”

Hampton Ltd, on Deakin Street, sits near Hampton Beach, Alexander Park, Trevor Baker Oval, and Hampton Railway Station.

The project is Spyre's first outside South East Queensland, where they have set a number of records across both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
