Inside Hampton's newest apartment development, Noetic Place: Urban video display suite tour
Noetic Place is the latest luxury off the plan apartment development taking shape in the heart of Bayside.
Designed by Fender Katsalidis on the fringe of the centre of Hampton, Noetic Place will feature just 33 two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, some of the largest in the area.
The stepped facade and attention to detail create a sophisticated yet welcoming presence on the tree-lined service street.
Inside, the apartments are designed for modern living, with free-flowing spaces that open to generous balconies offering views of the city, national park, or bay.
The communal amenities at Noetic Place are centred around lush landscaping by Eckersley Garden Architecture. A pavilion with a kitchenette, dining space, and library will be nestled in the garden, offering a private retreat for residents.
We visited Noetic Place's display suite at 354 Hampton Street to offer a glimpse into what Noetic Place will bring to the vibrant Hampton community.
