Gold Coast developer Monaco Property Group has tapped into the strong demand for luxury Gold Coast communities, with the completion and near sell-out of its $116 million residential community on the Isle of Capri.

Located at 81 Salerno Street, each villa at Capri features three or four bedrooms, open-plan living, private courtyards, secure double garage - a configuration that has attracted downsizers and lifestyle-driven buyers seeking low-maintenance modern living.

With all 48 villas now completed at Capri, Monaco Property Group turns its attention to NALU, the group’s $500 million project in Miami, which will be one of the most luxurious projects ever seen on the Gold Coast and set to launch in 2026.

Jonathan Grasso, co-founder of Monaco Property Group, said the "incredible" response for Capri is a testament to the hard work and meticulous craftsmanship of our team.”

“Capri has attracted a high level of interest from both local and interstate buyers, and we take great pleasure in the experience the residents are enjoying in these truly luxurious residences," Grasso said.

“Completion now enables us to turn our attention to the delivery phase of our next project, NALU, which will be extraordinary for the Gold Coast property industry.”

Residents of Capri have access to the most comprehensive amenity offerings ever delivered on the exclusive island, including a designer pool with submerged lounges, a resident lounge, outdoor BBQ and dining pavilion, all set within secure landscaped surrounds.

Nestled, just 800 metres from the Capri on Via Roma retail and dining precinct, Capri is within easy reach of schools, the beach, and Gold Coast cultural and health hubs, offering the perfect lifestyle destination.

“From the beginning, our focus was on creating a lifestyle-rich community,” added Grasso.

“Capri was designed as a place residents are proud to call home, with a private, resort-style amenities that ensure the ultimate Gold Coast lifestyle.”

Only a handful of villas at Capri remain.
