Lewis Land has launched the Signature Collection, the most exclusive release within its $1.5 billion Harbour Shores masterplan at Biggera Waters.

The limited release, which includes a small number of Sky Homes and standalone villas, sits at the uppermost end of the 16-hectare masterplanned precinct, offering larger-scale, marina-adjacent homes with layouts and features not found elsewhere in the 230-residence first stage.

The Sky Homes span two levels, each with a private rooftop terrace, water-facing balconies, and their own marina berth. Inside, floorplans prioritise long, open sightlines from the entry through to the water, with oversized kitchens acting as central gathering zones.  Each includes a built-in bar, full butler’s pantry, and extended prep and storage space.

A curved internal staircase connects to the upper level, where an additional living area opens to a rooftop terrace with built-in seating and shade cover. Bedrooms are all ensuited, including a master with dual walk-through robes, a private balcony, and a bathroom that features a freestanding tub and double vanity.

Layouts also accommodate a separate laundry, a powder room, and flexible-use spaces like studies or secondary living rooms, depending on the plan.

While the villas, known as The Residences, adopt a more horizontal configuration, they share the same design priorities. These detached waterfront homes include their own plunge pools and double garages, and have been planned to support indoor-outdoor living, with direct marina frontage and no shared walls.

Each comes with a marina berth and is finished in the same upper-spec detail as the Sky Homes, including the choice of coastal-toned interior palettes and premium fixtures.

The broader Harbour Shores community is being delivered in stages by Lewis Land, a developer with a 65-year history and a long-standing presence on the Gold Coast

The 16-hectare masterplan is the first in the region to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating. It includes infrastructure for 100 per cent GreenPower®, rooftop solar, EV charging, and water recycling. It will provide a significant amenity for its future residents, including a gym and yoga studio, multiple pools, tennis court, clubhouse, and a 1.2-kilometre boardwalk that wraps around the site’s waterfront edge.

Designed by BDA Architecture, the precinct will evolve over the next decade into a vibrant “village of villages,” housing more than 4,000 residents.

Leading construction firm Greyburn is well advanced in construction of the first stage of Harbour Shores, and expects to complete the first buildings in 2026.
