Frasers Property Australia has released the final riverfront home in their Hamilton development Rivers Reach.

Rivers Reach comprises just 11 ultra-luxury freehold homes in the Brisbane’s blue-chip riverside suburb. They've held the final residence back until it was completed.

Scott Ullman, General Manager Development Queensland at Frasers Property Australia, said Rivers Reach represents the final riverfront release within its 2.5-ha Hamilton Reach master-planned community.

“This rare collection of riverfront homes delivers an immense architectural presence right on the edge of the Brisbane River,’’ Ullman said.

“We knew we were creating something extraordinary, and this has been reflected by the high number of  local buyers – more than 80 per cent – who understand the lifestyle of this tightly held pocket and have a  strong connection to the river, and the city.”

Two of the Rivers Reach homes remained off-market until the project was completed last month, with the neighbouring three-storey home snapped up before it hit the market by a couple already residing at Hamilton Reach. They bought it through Frasers Property’s Care and Rewards program, which offers Priority Access and Repeat Purchase Rewards to existing customers.

Ullman said the final home within Rivers Reach embodies grand design, striking interiors and meticulous attention to detail and is priced at $4.3 million.

“When you step into the impressive entrance of this home you are immediately struck by the feeling of floating above the river,’’ he said.

“The clever design makes full use of the absolute riverfront site with the residence opening onto the river to take in the Panorama. All living areas, the master bedroom and an incredible six-metre void between the levels provides unobstructed views and a complete connection to the river.’’

Located at 72 Parkside Court, Hamilton, the home provides four spacious bedrooms, all with ensuites, and is set over two living levels with an additional three-car basement garage serviced by a private lift.

The first level can be entered from a private riverfront terrace and flows seamlessly to lavish living areas, a  dream chef’s kitchen with a spacious butler’s pantry, the fourth bedroom, and riverside entertaining areas with a solar-heated pool and city views.

The remaining bedrooms and stunning master suite are located on the upper level. The master suite includes a walk-in robe and ensuite with river views from a freestanding bath.

Luxurious features include statement lighting, Blackbutt timber flooring, premium wool carpets, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, and a built-in gas barbecue on the riverfront terrace, which enjoys sweeping views towards the city.

The expansive kitchen provides natural marble features and custom cabinetry alongside a fully integrated  Liebherr fridge and freezer, and a 195-bottle refrigerated wine cabinet. Other features include intelligent home automation, a private security system, an abundance of storage and concealed water tank.

The $37 million Rivers Reach development was designed by award-winning architecture studio bureau^proberts and constructed by leading Queensland builder McNab.

Liam Proberts, Creative Director of bureau^proberts, said the homes were designed to amplify their compelling waterfront position.

“Living spaces were pulled to the very edge of the floorplans to strengthen the visual and spatial connections made between the architecture and the Brisbane River,’’ he said.

Rivers Reach is located six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and only moments from a popular local café,  the CityCat Ferry stop, Eat Street markets, Portside Wharf, and Racecourse Road’s fashion and dining precinct.
