Local diversified developer Keymax Property Group is pushing ahead with the second stage of its Kindred Court development in Mango Hill, north of Brisbane.

Already in the process of delivering the first stage, Junction Office Park, Keymax is bringing residential into the mix. They have filed plans to the local Moreton Bay Council for 58 new apartments across a five-storey building fronting Anzac Avenue.

There will be 45 two-bedroom units, nine three-beds, and four one-bed apartments. The building will be supported by 85 car spaces, 71 for residents and 14 for visitors, spread across a basement and ground level.

Communal facilities will include a recreation space and swimming pool on the ground floor. Access to the site is proposed via an easement through the adjacent child care centre connecting to Kindred Court at the rear.

The apartment building represents Stage 2 of a two-part development, following a separately lodged DA for a three-storey office building (Stage 1) currently under assessment. The site was previously earmarked for a residential care facility, which received approval but was never delivered.

Located within walking distance of Mango Hill Train Station (approximately 1 km), the North Lakes bus interchange (800 m), and local bus routes along Anzac Avenue (350 m), the development is positioned to benefit from strong public transport access.

The surrounding area includes a mix of commercial, residential, and community infrastructure, including the North Lakes Town Centre, Coles-anchored shopping facilities, medical centres, and retirement communities.
