Broadbeach pipeline grows as Morris Property Group launches construction of Maison
Construction has commenced on Morris Property Group’s latest Broadbeach project, Maison, marking the developer’s 10th residential tower in the sought-after Gold Coast suburb.
Maison will comprise just 21 full-floor apartments across 22 levels on Chelsea Avenue, one of the most in-demand streets in Broadbeach given its position across the road from Broadbeach Park.
Each three-bedroom residence spans over 180 sqm and features open-plan living and dining areas that extend to private balconies with parkland and coastal views.
Buyers can choose between two interior schemes, Lumière, with a light coastal palette, or Noir, with warmer, darker tones, designed in collaboration with Poppy Designs.
Premium finishes include Siemens and Bosch appliances, Vintec wine fridges, Villeroy & Boch fittings, and herringbone flooring throughout the main living areas.
Residents will have access to a suite of rooftop amenities on level 24, including a pool and deck, gym and sauna, residents’ lounge, and barbecue pavilion, all designed to make the most of elevated views over Broadbeach and the Surfers Paradise skyline.
The development sits on a quiet, tree-lined street just a short walk from the heart of Broadbeach, where cafés, restaurants, retail, and the beach converge.
Morris Property Group is one of the Gold Coast's best integrated developers, both building and developing its own projects. They are forecasting completion in 2027.
Morris, founded by Barry Morris in 1978, have contributed to the Broadbeach skyline like no other. Their first development in Broadbeach was Verve, completed in 2006. They recently completed their eight, Malo, before Christmas.
