Interior designer Jane Duncan-Weaver secured the weekend's highest auction sale when $3.25 million was paid for her Paddington home. The four-bedroom terrace has a north-facing garden, plunge pool, self-contained studio and a double lock-up garage on its 242-square-metre block.

The bidding opened at $2.6 million and at $3.16 million it was announced on the market by McGrath auctioneer Scott Kennedy-Green.
