A new report prepared by Urbis shows new apartment sales in the catchment totalled 40 in 2023, a record low compared to the 524 sales recorded in 2021.&nbsp;

“It comes as increasing construction costs, interest rate uncertainty, and inflation continue to put pressure on developers who play a critical role in new dwelling supply.&nbsp;

Frasers launch second land release at The Quarry

A year after launching their Coburg apartment development, longtime developer Pace has released its final stage.

<a href="/buildings/pace-3058-coburg-9s-wardens-walk-coburg">PACE 3058</a>, designed by <a href="/architects/sjb-architects">SJB Architect</a>, comprises over 300 apartments and a handful of townhouses, which are expected to be completed half way through this year.

Located on Wardens Walk, once the exercise yard for Her Majesty’s Prison Pentridge which was established in 1851 and closed at the end of the twentieth century, is ideally located half way between Coburg and Batman train stations.

Pace has collaborated with Studio Wonder for interiors of the one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with ASPECT Studios handling the landscape design.
