Hawthorn is preparing to welcome its latest residential development in the upcoming months.

Compose will consists of 19 townhouses developed by Sinclair Brook Group, who have had Brompton Construction handle the build of the Glenferrie Road project.

Internally, the homes feature&nbsp;Gaggenau cooking appliances, in addition to integrated Fisher &amp; Paykel fridges, along with polished concrete, timber, and carpet flooring.

Construction set to complete on Compose townhouses in Hawthorn in August 

The heritage-inspired East Sydney Collection in Sydney's Darlinghurst is set to be completed later this year.

The collection of just 27 residences,&nbsp;designed in collaboration by MHN Design Union and&nbsp;Lawless Meyerson, are being developed by developer builder HIGA on Yurong Street, just a few streets back from Hyde Park.

The five-level block of residences is being constructed on the site of the former Aston Martin dealership, with many of the heritage features retained as part of the project.&nbsp;

Fit with lavish interiors, including natural timber veneers, slab marble, parquetry and timber flooring, East Sydney Collection includes both apartments and townhouses, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom floorplans. The group also launched a loft collection, which are located just off the bustling hotspot of Stanley Street.

MHNDU designed the lofts to pay homage to the original 1930s art deco saw-tooth warehouse, infusing it with modern aesthetics and creating an exquisite canvas for both living and entertaining.

Darlinghurst's heritage-inspired East Sydney Collection to complete later this year

Architect-developer Joe Adsett has officially commenced construction on his Sunshine Coast oceanfront development, Lagune Moffat Beach.

The five-level building, which comprises just five full-floor apartments, will feature never-to-be-built-out views across the ocean given its dress circle Queen of Colonies Parade location.

Only two apartments remain in the building, with prices starting from $5.1 million.

The boutique project will feature two pools, one a private pool in one of the apartments and the other a resident pool. Each apartment will have four bedrooms, a central courtyard, direct lift access, wrap around balconies, and full height glazing to take advantage of the views from&nbsp;Moffat Beach to Point Cartwright. Even the smallest apartment offers nearly 300 sqm of living space.

Luxury Noosa builder Archend will handle the build.

Archend Director Alex Hansen said the company is excited to be partnering with the Joe Adsett team to deliver this prestigious development.

The construction commencement is Adsett's second in as many months.

In April, Tomkins Commercial kicked off the build of&nbsp;Rockpool Rainbow Bay, Adsett's first Gold Coast apartment development. That too will offer&nbsp;never-to-be-built-out views, to Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks, from its Marine Parade position.

The $100 million project will comprise 21 high-end apartments, of which 80 per cent are sold.
