Owen said he was pleased that the project offered a variety of options for different family types with varying budgets, including first home buyers.

Homesites in the first release were priced from $495,000 to $725,000, with a median price of $545,000. Prices for the second stage will be announced soon.

The release of residential homesites at Sceniq Bilambil Heights comes amid a massive shortfall in new residential housing developments across the Tweed Shire and neighbouring Gold Coast City.

Council’s latest projections indicate the Tweed’s population is expected to grow by between 13,000 and 30,000 people by 2041, with planning required to accommodate an additional 11,000 jobs in the Shire over that period.

SKF Development appointed CD Civil, a local contractor with a strong track record in the area, including works at the Tweed Valley Hospital, to undertake civil works at Sceniq Bilambil Heights, where Stage 1 is expected to be completed by the end of this year.&nbsp;

CD Civil has already completed considerable early works for the project since its appointment late last year.

Vue Cronulla will be delivered by multi-award-winning, iCIRT-rated construction firm <a href="/new-apartments/vue-3-23-kingsway-cronulla">Decode</a>, who is responsible for more than 33 projects across the full spectrum of sectors including the landmark mixed-use project Burwood Grand, which was recently awarded the 2023 Urban Taskforce Best Mixed-Use Development Award.

Joint venture partners Central Element and Develotek have broken ground on their luxury Drummoyne harbourfront apartment development, Bianca Drummoyne.

iCIRT-rated Sydney builder <a href="/builders/trescon">Trescon</a> will deliver what will be Central Element's first project in the inner west. <a href="/new-apartments/bianca-drummoyne-2c-2d-wolseley-street-drummoyne">Bianca Drummoyne</a> will comprise just 12 three and four-bedroom waterfront residences.

Bianca is the first new waterfront project to be released in Drummoyne since 2020, located in an elevated position on the northern edge of the peninsula with water views of <a href="/new-apartments/drummoyne-nsw-2047">Drummoyne</a> Bay, out to the harbour and the city skyline.

Trescon has strong experience across a diverse portfolio of projects with a passion for high-end luxury residences. They restored and renovated a 1928 Wunulla Road, Point Piper residence led by architect Richard Stanisich which sold for $69 million.

Recent sales have set record prices for luxury harbourside apartments in Drummoyne, averaging over $40,000 per square metre.

The first release of Bianca is now sold out, with the second release featuring a selection of three and four-bedroom residences now selling through McGrath's agents Tracey Dixon and Rob Alfeldi.

Completion for Bianca is anticipated for mid to late 2025.
