Sherpa Property Group has appointed LPS Group to build its luxury Palm Beach apartment, Perspective Nexus.

Appointing a builder to the project, which is now fully approved by council, comes on the heels of Sherpa edging towards a 50 per cent sellout after securing contracts totalling $48 million.

LPS Group only works with a small number of key developers to ensure the successful delivery of quality projects.

Developer Toohey Miller has appointed luxury construction firm Reform Projects to build its debut apartment development, No.1 Onslow Place in Elizabeth Bay.

Central Element appoint builder for luxury Bianca Drummoyne apartment development

Residential property developer&nbsp;New Hope Evergreen&nbsp;has appointed experienced Sydney-based builder Binah to construct its three-tower <a href="/new-apartments/st-leonards-nsw-2065">St Leonards apartment development</a>, <a href="/new-apartments/the-landmark-quarter-st-leonards-8-marshall-avenue-st-leonards">Landmark Quarter</a>.

Binah, an ICIRT Gold Star-rated builder, will kick off construction on the development which has secured over $100 million in sales since launching earlier this year. Those sales included a suburb record $7.5 million for a three-bedroom apartment. Four penthouses have also sold for a combined $35 million, highlighting the desire for <a href="/new-apartments/st-leonards-nsw-2065">larger apartments in the area</a>.

A private landscaped area will also create a new park for Lane Cove Council.&nbsp;New Hope Evergreen&nbsp;expects to complete Landmark Quarter by mid-2026.&nbsp;

The developer has invested $1.4 billion in <a href="/new-apartments/st-leonards-nsw-2065">St Leonards</a>, having previously completed the nearby tower, The Landmark.
