Project Vision

The building is articulated through carefully sculpted massing, generous setbacks, and integrated landscaping, creating a recognisable yet restrained form. The design responds to both Jefferson Lane and the Gold Coast Highway, enhancing pedestrian amenity while minimising visual bulk.
