Founder Daniel Chippendale grew up in Palm Beach, lives here with his family, and brings a perspective that can’t be manufactured: genuine investment in the community’s future. With a dual degree in Engineering and Business, Daniel leads an entirely integrated team – design, construction, interiors, sales, and ongoing management all under one roof. Quality isn’t delegated. ELISE’s form speaks the language of the coast – strong horizontal lines that echo the horizon, recessed glazing that plays with light and shadow, and an earthy material palette that transitions seamlessly from ground to sky. Sculptural elements address the Gold Coast Highway with confidence, establishing a grounded presence, while integrated landscaping and layered textures create depth and warmth.
