A retail arcade in the NSW town of Kempsey is set to go under the hammer for circa $1 million at a Burgess Rawson portfolio auction on April 5 in Sydney.

Located at 14 Smith Street, Centrepoint Arcade comprises 12 ground floor retail tenancies and a first floor gym.

The 2,873 sqm property in the CBD area is surrounded by IGA, Aldi, Coles & Woolworths supermarkets.
 
The shopping centre has a diverse mix of tenants, including a jeweller, takeaway food, cafe and Williams Shoes, and earns an estimated $69,267 pa + GST.
 
There is also the potential for further development subject to council approval.
 
With a Gross Regional Product of $12.16 billion, Kempsey LGA forms part of the Mid North Coast region which boasts a population of 259,000 and is expected to grow to 277,450 by 2021.
