St Leonard's $11 million penthouse sale

Around $11 million has been paid for an off-the-plan penthouse in St Leonard’s The Landmark development.

It was secured in the second stage release of the complex by Chinese developer New Hope and VIMG.

The sales included four two-storey penthouses on levels 55 to 58 priced at $3 million to $10.9 million.

The median sale price for units in the suburb is $915,000, according to CoreLogic.

The mixed use development is at 500 Pacific Highway, the tallest residential tower in St Leonards.

A range of studios, one, two and three-bedroom properties are currently available, with prices ranging from $661,000.
