The Melbourne Cricket Club Foundation has listed two Jolimont heritage homes for 31 May auction.

They have been listed with a $6 million combined expectation.

Bromo, at 28 Jolimont Terrace was built in 1865 for John Bruce, father of former prime minister Stanley Melbourne Bruce, according to the East Melbourne Historical Society, before their move to St Kilda.

It is expected to fetch mid-$2 million.

The two-storey, six-bedroom residence, at 26 Jolimont Terrace with bluestone cellar, has mid-$3 million expectations.
