The construction project will involve: Building a mixed-use development comprising three 15-story buildings above a 3-story podium. The podium will include ground floor commercial and retail uses. The development will include a total of 47 units. At least 50% of the units (236 units) will be designated as affordable housing units. The affordable housing units will be managed by Pacific Community Housing. The development will include through-site links and a central publicly accessible open space. There will be rooftop communal open space. Multi-level basement car parking will be provided.

A multi-year proposal to transform the Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind Children's site into a new green village consisting of a series of parks, community facilities, dramatically increased tree canopy and 1000 new homes. Senior's housing and an aged car facility is in the masterplan along with 245 townhouses and other detached houses. 30% of the entire site will set aside for parkland.
