The project will involve the demolition of all existing structures on the site and the removal of four trees. A new 5-storey residential building will be constructed, which will include a total of 15 one-bedroom, 19 two-bedroom, 4 three-bedroom, and 1 four-bedroom apartments. The development will feature communal open space for residents to use. Car parking will be available in the basement and lower ground floor, with a total of 51 parking spaces for vehicles. The construction of a 27 storey mixed-use development is underway, featuring 142 apartments including affordable housing and a two-storey commercial podium with retail and commercial space.
